Chicken Fried Nation
It's pretty apparent I'm a big fan of state fairs (see here, here, here and here), so needless to say I'm eagerly awaiting the start of the State Fair of Texas on Sept. 26. I always look forward to trying all the foods, but I think I will skip this one this year:
