What a week it has been! Over the weekend we had 24 showings, and by Monday morning we had 5 offers on our house! We were (and still are) in shock at how quickly it happened. We've accepted an offer and are in the option period, so the buyer has until midnight Tuesday to change their mind. Her inspector came Wednesday, so now we're negotiating repairs that we'll make. Everything should be a done deal as long as we can all agree on that. We're set to close June 27, but we have possession until July 6.
We have spent a lot of time looking at houses, but unfortunately have not found our next home yet. There have been about 4-5 that fit our criteria exactly, yet they just don't seem right for one reason or another. So please say a little prayer that we will find our home soon!
We've somehow managed to even have a little fun during all this, so hopefully I'll get a chance to post some pictures soon, but for now, I'm just whipped!
