Here's a quick update on the house:
I've had a couple anonymous comments asking for more details on the house. (Remember I will not post anonymous comments.) I would prefer not to post details of the house here, but feel free to contact me directly and I'd be happy to chat with you more about it and send you the virtual tour. If you don't know how to get a hold of me, you can leave a comment with your email address and I can contact you without posting the comment so the whole world won't see your contact info. Otherwise have your Realtor do a search for 3 bedroom homes in the 75007 zip code and it will come up.
We feel like we have had a TON of showings already. Nine yesterday and three already this morning. Whew! The first people who looked at it actually submitted an offer, but they withdrew before we could even respond. No biggie, but it made for a roller coaster of a morning yesterday! We've been getting positive feedback, so hopefully that will turn into multiple offers. We're going out to start looking at houses today, so that should be fun!

Wow, that's a ton of showings! How exciting. The house looks great. We'll be praying that it sells and you find the perfect new house for your sweet family!
