More!

Over the weekend, Charlie started signing the word "more" consistently during mealtime. I was so happy to see it, because I was starting to get frustrated since we've been modeling it to him since December. At first I think he just thought it meant "eat" because he did it one morning right after he woke up when he must have been hungry. He also did it once when I was pushing back his lunch time a little, and I think he was letting me know he would rather eat now. I haven't seen any other signs yet, but he definitely knows what we mean when we sign "milk," "all done," and "doggie," so I hope we should be seeing those soon!

He also is clapping a lot, especially when we start singing "If You're Happy and You Know It." He loves it when I do "Itsy Bitsy Spider." When we sing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star," it sounds like he tries to mimic us singing "Up above the world so high..." by saying "ap abab." It's so cute. :)
