Guys Week 2011 Begins

With Gretchen leaving for ten days tomorrow for Ireland, I wanted to make sure the boys would not miss their momma. So to take their minds off the fact that our most favorite person is not around I've planned out the next week with as much fun stuff as we can cram into each day (of course scheduled around nap time because all three of us are going to need it). Lone Star Park and the horses are on the agenda as well as trips to the zoo, the movies, Legoland, the CR Smith Museum, a minor league baseball game and a video arcade. If that's not enough, we will also be doing some hiking (Arbor Hills before it gets too hot) and some much needed pool time (the Flower Mound water park opens this week). We've instituted a "no shirts" policy after 6 pm to add to the camaraderie. I know the boys are really excited, Gretchen is a little jealous and I'm definitely crazy to attempt this week. It's going to be quite the adventure!
